Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR and First Aid certificates or willing to be certified.
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Texas Teaching Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Establish, monitor, and evaluate Site programs and services.
• Communicate progress with campus administrators in writing and verbally.
• Recruit, manage, and develop site staff and volunteers.
• Oversee site budgets, expenses, and grant compliance.
• Develop partnerships with parents and community groups.
• Coordinate academic, social, and emotional curricula.
• Collect and analyze data to improve student outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
