Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead a strategic SAP S4HANA Service Management transformation. You will own end-to-end accountability for multiple workstreams, governance, and client relationships, with a mandate to deliver as a unified, high-performing team.

You will drive risk management, decision velocity, and value realization across solution delivery, data integration, and change programs, with onsite work in North America and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 15 years in IT enterprise transformation.
• 8 years directing large SAP programs.
• Experience with SAP S4HANA implementations or migrations at scale.
• Domain grounding in SAP Service Management and related modules (SD, MM, FICO, PS, PP).
• Proven governance, RAID management and Agile delivery using Jira.
• Experience leading distributed onsite/offshore teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality and client satisfaction.
• Establish and run a tiered governance model, standups, workstream reviews and escalation paths.
• Drive decision velocity with a decisions log and backlog of design decisions.

Role: Program Director - SAP S4HANA Business Transformation in Service Management

Role Overview

LTM is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead a strategic SAP S4HANA Service Management transformation The Program Director holds single point end to end accountability for the program across all workstreams solution delivery governance and client relationships with a clear mandate to run program as a business transformation not a delivery engagement and to present the client with one integrated high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold end to end accountability for scope schedule cost quality and client satisfaction across all workstreams.
• Establish and run a tiered governance model leadership standups workstream reviews joint LTM Client steering with clear decision rights RACI and escalation paths.
• Drive decision velocity maintains a decisions log with defined SLAs and clear the backlog of open design decisions.
• Act as the single orchestration and escalation point across solution delivery data integration and change workstreams.

Execution Delivery Management

• Institute execution controls an integrated master plan sprint entry exit criteria and a predictable Agile delivery cadence
• Establish a single source of truth Jira for planning backlog dependencies RAID and reporting retire fragmented spreadsheet trackers
• Manage program financials staffing and resource productivity restructure teams where needed to lift effectiveness
• Own RAID with rigor ensures risks assumptions issues and dependencies are surfaced early clearly owned and driven to closure with executive visibility.
• Shift the program from reacting to problems toward proactively managing risk.

Scope Change Control

• Enforce disciplined scope and change management formally assess and baseline any additions with clear impact on timeline and effort
• Lead motivate and hold accountable a distributed onsite offshore team fostering shared accountability for client outcomes
• Drive enablement knowledge continuity a consolidated system of record and adoption of AI and delivery accelerators.

Client Stakeholder Management

• Own the senior client relationship map and engage Client stakeholders and decisionmakers build trust through transparent regular progress visibility.
• Lead reset and rebaselining conversations with the client including any extension and deliverable commitments.
• Provide transformation leadership value realization organizational change and the confidence to guide and constructively challenge the client solution oversight.
• Ensure the solution stays anchored to SAP S4HANA best practice the S4HANA way of working partnering closely with the Solution Leader and architects

Required Qualifications Experience

• 15 years in IT enterprise transformation including 8 years directing large complex SAP programs
• Proven track record leading end to end SAP S4HANA implementations or migrations at scale multi country multi workstream
• Domain grounding in SAP Service Management Customer Service plus SD MM FICO PS and PP integration experience SAP CPI Service Max field service is an advantage
• Demonstrated success stabilizing or turning around a trisk programs
• Deep expertise in program governance RAID management financial and resource management and Agile delivery using Jira
• Experience leading distributed onsite offshore teams and managing senior client and executive stakeholders
• Willingness to be based onsite in North America with travel across Client service center and plant locations
• Decisive accountable leadership under pressure with strong executive presence.
• Transformation and change leadership beyond task and delivery management.
• Structured disciplined execution with a proactive risk orientation.
• Ability to unify diverse distributed teams into one high performing organization.
• Strong communication negotiation and conflict- resolution skills.
