Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily program operations for housing and supportive services programs.
  • Supervise Program Managers, behavioral health leaders, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure delivery of case management, mental health services, life skills programming, and housing support.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with VA, Continuum of Care (CoC), landlords, funders, and community providers.
  • Create and sustain a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment for clients.
  • Monitor program performance, outcomes, and service delivery metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and VA regulations, including HMIS data integrity.
  • Oversee facility operations, housing quality, and property management coordination.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and program financial performance.
  • Lead staff hiring, supervision, training, and performance management.
  • Conduct internal audits, documentation reviews, and quality assurance activities.
  • Facilitate team meetings, stakeholder engagement, and community presentations.
