Job summary

The Little Gym of Silver Spring is hiring enthusiastic instructors to teach classes based on our curriculum and teaching method. You will provide outstanding customer service and a welcoming membership experience, treating members like family.

You will oversee the breadth of programs to maintain The Little Gym International's high standards and help train and evaluate fellow team members, contributing to a fun, high-energy environment while supporting kids' growth.

Qualifications

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
