Job summary

The Little Gym International in Newton Centre, MA is seeking energetic team members to teach our gymnastics-based classes for kids aged 4 months through 12 years. You’ll deliver engaging lessons using our proven curriculum and provide outstanding customer service, making every member feel like family.

As part of a global franchise, you’ll help oversee programs and contribute to ongoing training and evaluation of teammates, with opportunities for career growth and a supportive, high-energy work

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus.
• Experience delivering engaging activities for kids is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience; treat members like family.
• Oversee the breadth of offered programs to maintain high standards.
