Job summary

Exavalu is a US-based consulting firm specializing in Digital Transformation Advisory and Digital Solution Delivery for Insurance, Healthcare and Financial Services. This remote Program Director role requires leading large, multi-vendor integration programs with aggressive timelines.

The position offers permanent remote work and a welcome back program, with an emphasis on executive communication, governance, and delivering programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years overall IT experience with 10+ years in program/delivery management.
• Proven experience leading large enterprise integration/API programs.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, dependencies, and contracts.
• Experience managing multiple teams/vendors and complex delivery dependencies.
• Strong program planning, risk, scope, change, financial, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent executive communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale integration programs.
• Manage integrated plans, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and resources.
• Coordinate 3+ delivery teams/vendors across 120+ integrations and parallel workstreams.
• Manage scope, change requests, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Oversee budgets, resource utilization, and commercial/contractual commitments.
• Lead client/vendor governance, steering committees, status reporting, and executive communication.
• Ensure delivery within committed timelines, budget, and quality expectations.

Job Overview

Seeking a senior Program Director with 15–20 years of experience, including 10+ years managing large, complex, multi-vendor integration programs with aggressive timelines and contractual milestones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing 100+ integrations across multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services , or similar platforms.
• Experience with cloud, API-led, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
• PMP/PgMP/SAFe certification.
• Experience in Insurance or Financial Services .
