American Training in Lowell, MA is seeking a Program Director to oversee a Day Program location, guiding service delivery and staff with a focus on people first and regulatory compliance.

You will lead Day Habilitation, CBDS, Employment Services, and ABI Supports, while growing partnerships with local agencies and promoting a WOW! Magic culture that benefits Guests and Colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience overseeing a Day Program.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of Day Habilitation, CBDS, Employment Services, and ABI Supports.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, individualized goal implementation, regulatory compliance, and accurate billing.
• Build, mentor, and develop an engaged, high-performing team through hiring, coaching, recognition, and performance management.
• Champion American Training's WOW! Magic culture, creating an environment where Guests and Colleagues thrive.
• Maintain compliance with DDS regulations, including staffing, safety, incident management, and program quality.
• Grow the program by building strong relationships with local agencies and referral sources.
