Madison Correctional Facility is a minimum‑security facilitylocatedin Madison, Indiana, housing more than 900 incarcerated adult females. Set near the Ohio River andadjacent toClifty Falls State Park, the facility provides both on‑grounds and off‑grounds work opportunities. It includes a 72‑bed work‑release program that supports re‑entry preparation. Incarcerated individualsparticipatein programming, job assignments, and educational opportunities tailored to rehabilitation. As the HIRE Regional Director, you will work in the Department of Correction (DOC) Re-Entry team to recruit, train, and maintain staff to assist qualified and rehabilitated in and out of facility clients obtain and retain employment to prevent recidivism and support local and regional businesses. As the Southern HIRE Regional Director, you will be stationed in the southern geographical area of Indiana.
This role offers flexibility regarding work location and is not limited to the Madison Correctional Facility. Final work arrangements will be determined based on operational needs and the candidate’s proximity to assigned duties.

This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours which may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work.
