Job summary

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated Program Director to provide leadership and oversight for our substance use disorder recovery program in Hannibal, MO.

Position Overview

The Program Director is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and day-to-day operation of the recovery program. This individual will work closely with clinical staff, recovery support staff, organizational leadership, and community partners to ensure residents receive high-quality, consistent, and compassionate care.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and operational leadership
• Commitment to treating individuals in recovery with dignity and respect
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and recovery services preferred
