The Little Gym of Silver Spring is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. In this role, you will teach engaging classes and provide exceptional customer service to our members. You'll work in a fun, high-energy environment and have opportunities for career growth.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, and availability during evenings and weekends is essential. Join us and make a difference in children's lives through movement-based learning and imaginative play.

Job Summary

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Oversee the full breadth of offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met
• Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members
• Being able to pitch in when needed for staff coverage
• Evenings and Weekends availability
• 30-35 hours a week
