Job summary

The Little Gym is seeking energetic instructors to teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method. You’ll provide outstanding member service and ensure a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.

You’ll oversee program quality to meet curriculum expectations and train and evaluate the team to keep everyone at the top of their game. Gymnastics experience is preferred; you’ll help kids develop confidence while having fun.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to create a family-friendly atmosphere.
• Willingness to train and evaluate staff to maintain high standards.

• Gymnastics experience preferred.
