About Crossroads Community Services

Crossroads Community Services, a program of Resources for Human Development (RHD), provides multiple services, including Blended Case Management, Supportive Housing, and Flexible Housing Funds, with the goal of supporting individuals living with mental illness in achieving the quality of life they desire.

At Crossroads, we believe in “walking beside” rather than “caring for” the individuals we support. Our staff work in partnership with participants, recognizing their strengths, choices, and ability to direct their own recovery.

Crossroads believes that individuals living with serious mental illness can manage their psychiatric symptoms when provided with appropriate supports and resources. We believe individuals can live in residential settings that are normalizing and non-stigmatizing, engage in meaningful and productive activities, and participate fully in community life.

Our services are available to eligible individuals throughout Carbon, Monroe, and Pike Counties.
