Job summary

SelectTech Services, a dynamic leader in program management, seeks a Deputy PM to coordinate cross-functional teams, drive program execution, and maintain strong customer relations. The role emphasizes safety, cost, schedule, and quality, with opportunities for growth and a competitive benefits package.

The Deputy PM will manage scope, budgets and staffing, develop key deliverables, and collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and purchasing to meet contract terms.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a project or program management capacity.
• PMP certification is desired, but willing to pursue within the first year.
• Familiarity with FFP, Time & Material contracts and FAR/DFAR regulations.
• ISO 9001 and/or AS 9100 quality management experience.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Direct and manage end-to-end program development and execution.
• Communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly.
• Estimate resources needed and prepare budget proposals.
• Negotiate with department managers for required personnel when needed.
• Identify vendors and subcontractors for effective use.
• Develop progress reports and presentations for leadership.
• Supervise team members and ensure accountability for work.
• Travel to customer/vendor sites as required.
