Qualifications

• Associate degree in Education, Social or Human Services, Administration or related field is highly desirable.
• Experience working with and maintaining databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized.
• CPR and First Aid certifications desirable.
• Must clear Drug Test and FBI/DOJ Livescan.
• Fluency in a language other than English desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collect and submit monthly program attendance data to LAUSD, Montebello Unified and independent charter schools.
• Oversee database entry for Attendance, Demographics, and Student Surveys.
• Collaborate to support the annual FPM process.
• Manage paperwork such as attendance rosters and field trip rosters.
• General office maintenance and recordkeeping.
• Respond to memos and calls from ASAS-LA office staff.
• Attend staff and partner meetings and safety trainings.
• Evenings and Saturdays as needed; perform other duties.
