Job summary

Axyde Analytics is recruiting Program/Data Analysts to support senior logistics and data analysts on our SCOS program at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. Positions involve data extraction, cleaning, analysis, graphics, and reporting for Army aviation and missile-system supply chains.

Openings include five full-time roles with on-site work requirements and a Secret clearance may be preferred. Candidates should have DoD logistics/data experience and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of logistics, data, or administrative experience in a DoD environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data cleaning, analysis, reporting, and specialized logistics or business software.
• Strong organization, accuracy, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work full time on site at Redstone Arsenal.

Axyde Analytics is recruiting Program/Data Analysts to support senior logistics and data analysts on our proposed SCOS program. These positions perform data extraction, cleaning, analysis, administrative coordination, graphics, and reporting for Army aviation and missile-system supply chains.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Extract, clean, reconcile, organize, and analyze data from authorized Army and program sources.
• Support logistics performance tracking, trend analysis, forecasting, inventory, transportation, and operational reporting.
• Build clear Excel workbooks, charts, briefing slides, dashboards, reports, and decision-support products.
• Maintain source, date, assumptions, transformation logic, exceptions, reviewer, and version-control records.
• Support records, meetings, taskers, metrics, document production, and other program coordination.
• Work under senior guidance and perform quality checks before release.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of logistics, data, or administrative experience in a DoD environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data cleaning, analysis, reporting, and specialized logistics or business software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Army supply-chain, LMP, GCSS-Army, AMCOM, aviation, or missile experience.
• Power BI/Tableau, SQL, or approved scripting experience.
• Active Secret clearance.

SECURITY AND EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

All SCOS personnel must have or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance for the duration of the contract. Before performing classified work or charging labor requiring classified access, personnel must satisfy applicable Government eligibility, access, investigation, training, and site-access requirements. U.S. citizenship is required where necessary for clearance eligibility.
