Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree with 6+ years, OR PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in government contracting requirements and cost control guidelines.
• Outstanding analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills.
• Powerful communication style and inspirational leadership approach.
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Champion the implementation of cutting-edge cost, schedule, and control systems for contract management.
• Transform complex data into actionable reports showing cost and schedule performance.
• Develop budgets and schedules that set the foundation for program success.
• Deliver financial analyses including funding profiles, revenue and cash forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Integrate contractual changes into control systems with precision.
• Monitor contract performance to maintain cost and schedule baselines.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team of program cost and control professionals.
• Foster relationships with program managers, finance teams, and customer representatives.
• Take ownership of challenging assignments with autonomy to drive results.
• Recommend bold operating policy modifications to drive efficiency.
• Leverage team talents to achieve breakthrough results.
