Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years professional work experience or Master’s Degree and 0+ years experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and cost control tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control system and monitor costs and schedules on contracts.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and financial analyses including variance analysis.
• Incorporate program scope changes and maintain baselines.
• Produce monthly reports, forecasts, and EACs, monitor funding availability.
• Support DoD/Defense projects with cost control and reporting.
