Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst for the Processing Frameworks & Services portfolio, supporting the Genco program. The role involves maintaining baselines, generating cost/schedule reports, and providing analytical support to program management. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in finance, familiarity with Earned Value concepts, and proficiency in MS Office.

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
Professional experience in a related finance role.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Maintain program management baseline, to include incorporating BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation.
Generate internal reports on cost and schedule performance for Program Leadership and Control Account Managers.
Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting as requested by management and others.
Internal corporate reporting requirements such as financial forecasting, revenue forecasts, and Estimates at Complete (EAC).
