Northrop Grumman's Space Sector seeks a Program Cost Control Analyst at either Level 3 or Level 4 to support budgets and schedules for contracts. This onsite role in Dulles, VA requires an SCI clearance and strengthens financial analyses, forecasts, and funding planning.
You will prepare expenditures, run cost analyses, and work with Earned Value Management processes to ensure budgets align with government guidelines and program objectives.

Our Program Cost Control Analyst will help prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlooks, cash forecasting and variance analysis. You will also work to ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation for expenditure projections and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
