Phase2 Technology seeks a seasoned Program Cost Analyst to support Navy acquisitions. You will review complex cost data, develop IGCEs, and build financial models to guide decision‑making and program management.
Expect responsibilities spanning budgeting, funding analysis, and acquisition documentation. You will develop planning models to assess program health, support annual planning cycles, and prepare briefing materials for leadership and stakeholders.

On our team supporting Navy acquisitions, you will review complex financial and cost data, develop Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), financial models, analyze and track funding, spend plans, and budget inputs. You'll develop program briefs, acquisition documentation, track contract information, and support program planning processes. You'll also have the opportunity to build data dashboards, conduct program analyses, and participate in a variety of programmatic and stakeholder meetings. This position is located in Washington, DC.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). In addition, benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, and work‑life programs.
