Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Federal Acquisition Management professional to support a Navy client with acquisition documentation, staffing coordination, and program tracking. You will prepare briefs, lead status updates, and respond to data calls while coordinating across stakeholders.
The role requires DoD/Navy acquisition exposure, strong MS Office skills, and a Secret clearance, with compensation guidance and full benefits for eligible staff.
As a Federal Acquisition Management professional, you will support a Navy client by developing and maintaining acquisition and procurement documentation, coordinating staffing and signature packages, tracking program actions, and keeping leadership informed through clear briefs and status updates. You will provide day‑to‑day acquisition and program support across a range of activities, including acquisition plans, Class Justification and Approvals, statements of work, technical instructions, Government Furnished Equipment documentation, purchase requisition packages, and contract action trackers. You will support executive actions, read‑ahead materials, scheduling, briefing development, meeting minutes, and action‑item follow‑up, as well as baseline and scheduling activities, deliveries, spend plans, and spares tracking, while responding quickly to data calls by coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs.
