Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated program coordinator for NYU's Center to support the administration and development of the Undergraduate Fellowship Program. You will work closely with undergraduate fellows, faculty, and partners at NYU and beyond to advance scholarly engagement and public humanities initiatives.

This on-site role in New York requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years designing or facilitating academic programming, with strong organizational, communication, and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years designing or facilitating undergraduate programming or curriculum.
  • Experience supporting humanities research or public humanities initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating programs or communications in university or cultural organizations.
  • Proven teaching, mentoring, or advising undergraduate students.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with undergraduate research culture and humanities scholarship.
  • Experience with WordPress, email marketing platforms, social media tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience coordinating programs, events, or communications in a university or cultural organization setting
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching, mentoring, or advising undergraduate students
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with undergraduate research culture and humanities scholarship
  • Experience with WordPress, email marketing platforms, social media tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
