Job summary

University of Texas Rio Grande Valley is seeking a Program Coordinator to assist in operating the Office of Title IX & Equal Opportunity. The role requires independent judgment, budget oversight, and supervision of staff within a multi-project environment.

The ideal candidate will manage intake processes, coordinate training initiatives, and collaborate with internal departments to implement policy-driven programs and outreach activities across the campus community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university.
• Three (3) years of related duties in program planning/coordination.
• One (1) year of related experience with a Master’s degree.
• Seven (7) years of related experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates intake and training program within Title IX & Equal Opportunity.
• Manages intake records and data across platforms.
• Develops awareness, education, and outreach programs for students, faculty, and staff.
