  • Assist in scheduling new patient appointments by triaging to appropriate department and physician.
  • Enter appointment information in online appointment system.
  • Coordinate pre-admission tests and procedures and pre-anesthesia work-ups.
  • Coordinate transfer of patients from outside hospitals to UWMC with physicians and admitting.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.
