One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Program Coordinator in the United States.
This is a mission-driven role supporting the launch and implementation of a nationwide clean energy initiative aimed at advancing environmental and economic justice. As Program Coordinator, you'll support the execution of a major five-year grant program that brings solar energy to affordable housing communities across the U.S. You'll work with a coalition of nonprofit partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, communications, and compliance. Accountabilities:
- Support daily administration and operations of a national clean energy program
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications across multiple projects
- Coordinate with internal teams, nonprofit partners, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with program rules, funding requirements, and organizational policies
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
- Provide general administrative support and respond to program-related inquiries
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and ongoing program evaluation
Requirements
- Passion for renewable energy, affordable housing, and environmental or social justice
- 1-3 years of experience in program coordination or project management, preferably in a nonprofit setting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across distributed teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general digital productivity tools
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and occasionally work evenings or weekends
- Valid driver's license and good driving record (for travel purposes)
