Position Overview

The Program Coordinator, Epic Change Control, plays a key role in the Operations department by managing Epic change control processes, tools, and documentation. This role impacts member experience by reducing errors and disruptions through effective change management and education. The coordinator will collaborate with technical experts across Epic applications, facilitate CAB meetings, analyze data for improvements, and support Epic product road mapping to align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, leadership, and knowledge of change control, Epic Content Management Tickets, Data Courier, and ITIL best practices.

Essential Duties
  1. Data Collection and Analysis: Assess the effectiveness of workforce initiatives through data.
  2. Content Creation & Documentation: Maintain accurate, clear internal documents.
  3. Support and Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to queries.
  4. Program Coordination: Develop and improve change control processes and standards.
  5. Meeting and Project Coordination: Organize meetings and projects related to change control.
  6. Team Collaboration: Support cross-departmental initiatives.
  7. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years project or program management experience.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Experience with client communication and customer service.
  • Proficiency with tele/web conferencing tools.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to analyze and report on metrics.
  • Desired: Epic Data Courier Certification or Epic Data Courier Mover Badge.
  • Desired: ITIL certification or training.
  • Desired: Proficiency with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
  • Desired: Knowledge of Smartsheet or other project management tools.
  • Desired: Certification in an Epic application.

Compensation

Salary range: $58,039 - $87,059, with the midpoint at $72,549, based on experience and market data.
