OSU Medicine Pediatrics is seeking a Program Coordinator to plan and coordinate student rotations, manage credentialing and orientation at rotation sites, and collaborate with clerkship directors and the clinical education department to optimize the student and preceptor experience.
The role includes supporting residency recruitment efforts, assisting with accreditation applications to ACGME, and handling day-to-day operations of the fellowship program.
As a member of the OSU Medicine Pediatrics academic team, the program coordinator plans and coordinates student rotations, ensures credentialing, training, orientation of students at rotation sites, collaborates with clerkship directors and the clinical education department to optimize the student and preceptor experience. The program coordinator will also support the residency coordinator in recruitment efforts involving students. The program coordinator will assist with the initial accreditation application to ACGME and manage the day-to-day operations of the fellowship program. In addition, the program coordinator may also assist the residency program coordinator in various other tasks and projects.
