Job summary

The Community Supports Network, Inc. seeks a Program Coordinator to lead, coach, and oversee frontline teams delivering person-centered supports. You will coordinate meetings with guardians and coordinators to implement high-quality plans for individuals served.

Responsibilities include fostering a positive work culture, developing potential leaders, and ensuring consistent service quality, while actively supporting the agency’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, human services or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Pass all background checks.
• 1+ years experience in the field of intellectual disability services.
• 1+ years supervisor experience.
• QMRP, LMHP, and experience in developing behavior building programs is highly regarded.
• On-call availability M-F; rotating weekends and holidays.

Job description

As a Program Coordinator (PC), you ensure that high-quality services are delivered in alignment with CSN's mission, principles, and goals. You provide leadership, coaching, oversight, and quality assurance for the work of Front-Line Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals. You’ll also coordinate meetings and collaborate with team members, guardians, and service coordinators to develop, implement, and maintain positive, person-centered support plans for individuals receiving services.

• Serve as a strong advocate for each person receiving support
• Make sound decisions and solve complex problems using accurate relevant information
• Actively participate in the agency’s programs, activities, and overall mission

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, human services or a related field
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Pass all background checks
• 1+ years experience in the field of intellectual disability services
• 1+ years supervisor experience
• QMRP, LMHP, and experience in developing behavior building programs is highly regarded.
• Applicants must also have availability to be on-call M-F; and rotating weekends and Holidays

Preferred Experience - Not Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service or a related field
• Four years supervisory experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs.

Pay and Compensation

• Salary offered is based on education & experience
• Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000
