Community Services Group is seeking a Program Specialist to coordinate assessments and develop, review, and revise Individual Support Plans (ISPs) to promote greater independence for individuals with IDD. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to implement goal plans across daily living, communication, and adaptive skills.
The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM; flexibility to meet individuals’ and program needs is required.

The Program Specialist is responsible for the completion and coordination of the individual’s assessment, for the development, review, update, and revision of the Individual Support Plan (ISP). You are responsible for the implementation of goal plans in the areas of independent functioning, physical development, communication skills, academic, adaptive behavior, community skills and daily living skills in order to promote greater independence. The Program Specialist reports directly to the Program Director.
This position is a part of our Adult Intellectual and/or Disabilities (IDD) Services.
Full-Time (40 hours per week) with Monday to Friday - 8AM to 4PM Hours. Must be able to work flexible hours to meet individual's and program's needs.
$25.00/hr. with increase possible based on relevant IDD experience.
This position requires one of the following combinations of education and experience: A master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism or A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism ; or An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of work experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism.
