Program Coordinator 1, 2, or 3 (Cambridge, MN)

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator for our adult foster care program in Cambridge, MN. As a Program Coordinator, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most independent lives. The Cambridge home is located in a quiet area on the south end of Cambridge, close to Brown Park. The program supports women ranging in age from the early-twenties to early-forties with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, Bipolar disorder, Mood disorders, Personality disorders, Oppositional Defiant disorder (ODD), Schizophrenia, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

This is a Program Coordinator 1 position. However, if a current employee who is a PC 1 or PC 2 is selected, they will be considered for a PC 2 or PC 3 status if they supervise an additional program.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm with some flexibility based on program needs. A driver's license is required. 18+ is required.

PC 1 pay range: $22.25-$23.25/hour

PC 2 pay range (for PCs overseeing two programs): $49,920-$52,000 annually

PC 3 pay range (for PCs overseeing three programs): $53,560-$55,640 annually

What you’ll do as a Program Coordinator:

• Managing the daily operations of the home
• Developing and facilitating person-centered plans
• Providing leadership, training and supervision of staff
• Assuring adequate staffing within budget guidelines
• Performing program scheduling, payroll, and office functions
• Developing outcomes/learning objectives
• Reporting on individual progress
• Compliance with federal, state and county licensing rules/regulations
• Communicating and collaborating with support team members
• Performing direct support functions (assisting people with meeting personal care needs, positive behavioral supports, household management, community activities and involvement, etc.)

For this position, you will need:

• A valid driver’s license with no restrictions
• Education and/or Experience: Education must be related to a field in human services, education, or health. Work experience must include full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or age 65 and older or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children.
  • A four-year degree with at least one year of work experience in the fieldor
  • A combination of a two-year degree and at least two years of experience in the fieldor
  • A diploma from a post-secondary institution and three years of experience in the fieldor
  • Four years of work experience in the field with 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities.
• To pass a post-offer background check and Motor Vehicle Report check
