Job summary

Residential Services, Inc. in Cambridge, MN is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator for our adult foster care program. You will help people with disabilities and mental illness live independent lives with compassionate support.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with some flexibility. PC 1–3 roles offer progression based on supervision of multiple programs; bonuses include health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Education must be related to human services, education, or health.
• Experience providing direct care or education to vulnerable adults or children.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the home.
• Develop and facilitate person-centered plans.
• Provide leadership, training and supervision of staff.
• Ensure staffing within budget guidelines.
• Handle scheduling, payroll, and office tasks.
• Develop outcomes and learning objectives.
• Report on individual progress and compliance with licensing rules.
• Collaborate with support team and perform direct care tasks.
