Job summary

Community Services Group is seeking a Program Coordinator to coordinate services and supervise program staff. The role reports to the Program Director and involves overseeing clinical and administrative activities to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with a 9am–5pm schedule and occasional on-call responsibilities. Compensation starts at $55,120+ depending on education and experience and includes strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years supervisory experience.
• 3+ years experience working directly with individuals who have a mental illness or intellectual disability or 5+ years supervision with similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities and supervise program staff.
• Oversee daily operations to maximize resource utilization and service quality.
• Lead multidisciplinary staff meetings and coordinate clinical, medical, and program issues.
• Review admissions, transfers, and discharges; ensure smooth operation with senior management.
