AHL Healthcare Group in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead the operational facets of its Adult Foster Care program, At Home Living. You will ensure licensing compliance, coordinate client needs, train and supervise staff, and plan services to empower residents to live happy, healthy lives.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, independence for clients, rigorous safety standards, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services and 1 year FT work experience
• Associate degree in a field related to human services with 2 years FT work experience
• A diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited post-secondary institution, and 3 years FT work experience
• A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities AND 4 years FT work experience under supervision of a staff person who meets the qualification identified in 1-3 above

Responsibilities

• Oversee program licensing compliance and staff scheduling
• Coordinate planning of client needs and staff training/meetings
• Supervise staff and manage client behavior support planning
• Ensure safe, well-cared-for homes and enrichment of residents' lives
