Job summary

State of South Carolina is seeking a Program Coordinator II to develop, coordinate, and implement a comprehensive clinical and administrative staff development program at the Office of Mental Health in Columbia. The role ensures trainings are available to meet identified staff needs and maintains compliance tracking.

Responsibilities include onboarding clinical interns, facilitating CARF preparation, and delivering DLA-20 training with follow‑up feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree and at least two years of post‑graduate clinical experience.
• LMSW, LISW-CP or LPC licensure preferred.
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement a comprehensive staff development program.
• Maintain tracking systems for required trainings and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding of clinical interns/volunteers and related documentation.
• Coordinate CARF accreditation activities and prepare related materials.
• Provide DLA-20 training and ensure rostered staff receive follow‑up feedback.
