Job summary

Capgemini currently seeks a Program Coordinator I to join the Strategic Portfolio Management team within the Direct Business Unit. You will coordinate deliverables, track timelines, organize meetings, and support project reporting across key initiatives.

The role collaborates with business leaders and stakeholders, preparing status reports and maintaining documentation. Travel to the office may be required, with flexible remote/office-based arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in project coordination, PMO, or related area.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ownership and accountability in delivering tasks.
  • Proactive mindset to drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management and coordination support for strategic business initiatives.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, timeline tracking, and status reporting.
  • Track key deliverables, milestones, action items, risks and issues.
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings and workshops, including follow-up on action items.
  • Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Prepare project status reports, presentations, tracking logs, and other project documentation.
  • Communicate project updates and relevant information to key stakeholders.
  • Help identify and communicate potential risks, issues, dependencies, or delays.
  • Support portfolio management activities and ensure projects move forward.
  • Use Microsoft tools and AI solutions such as Copilot to support productivity.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Support customer journey and lifecycle initiatives as needed.
  • Occasional travel to office for team meetings.

Job Description

The Program Coordinator I will be part of the Strategic Portfolio Management team within the Direct Business Unit, providing project management and coordination support for key business initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in project coordination, project management, program management, business operations, or a related area.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to follow up and help drive tasks and deliverables to completion.
