Job summary

Capco is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Insurance in New York City to lead large-scale business transformations within our Insurance practice. You will establish governance, engage senior stakeholders, and craft strategic narratives to drive alignment and successful outcomes across complex organisations.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of client-facing experience, with consulting and/or financial services experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management experience delivering complex transformation initiatives within Insurance or another Financial Services domain including Capital Markets, Banking & Payments, or Wealth & Asset Management.
  • Proven experience leading organisational change initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across large, complex organisations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-level presentations and strategic storytelling.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

The Role

Capco is seeking an experienced Project Manager with exceptional change management and executive storytelling capabilities to lead the execution of large-scale business transformation initiatives within the Insurance practice. You will establish robust programme governance, partner with senior stakeholders, and develop compelling strategic narratives that drive alignment and successful transformation outcomes across complex organisations.
