This role supports the development, promotion, and implementation of programs and events while fostering relationships with students, campus partners, artists, and community collaborators. The position also contributes to operational coordination, marketing efforts, and student-facing initiatives that enhance visibility, engagement, and participation across HBCC programming.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2 years in experience
2–4 years’ experience in outreach and engagement, marketing and student engagement.
The target hiring range for this job profile is $47,700 - $62,220. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
