Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a health-related discipline.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with program participants, research staff, and clinical staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Experience in a medical environment or with persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to the SCI community, family caregivers, and home health professionals to raise awareness of program offerings and referrals.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of program implementation including scheduling, space, equipment, travel, and payments.
  • Conduct intake with potential program participants, including documentation and needs assessment.
  • Coordinate and support program and research team schedules, services, and follow-up surveys/interviews.
  • Assist in creating documents and processes for program implementation and evaluation materials.
  • Maintain databases related to program implementation and assist in data preparation.
