Qualifications

• Must have a Master or equivalent degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate NRT project activities including trainee recruitment and progress tracking.
• Provide evaluation support and guidance to trainees and faculty.
• Organize and implement annual summer workshop and ongoing seminars.
• Oversee trainee research efforts within NRT program activities.
• Manage program communications (flyers, posters, website) and partnerships.
• Lead monthly/bi-weekly collaboration meetings and follow-ups.
• Coordinate for future funding opportunities and degree program updates.
• Organize advisory board meetings and serve as communication liaison.
• Support the Program Director in budgeting, reporting, and finances.
