Job summary

Ability Building Community (ABC) in Rochester, MN is seeking a Program Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and supervise programming for individuals receiving multiple supports. The role includes training staff, covering shifts, and ensuring services meet state and CARF standards.

The position emphasizes person-centered planning, teamwork, and participation in on-call rotations. Starting wage is $22.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package, in a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or equivalent with related experience.
CPR/First Aid certification and TMA within required timeframe.
Valid driver's license and insurability with vehicle insurance.
Able to pass DHS background check and driver screening.

Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate and supervise programming for individuals in various supports.
Assist with training and support of direct care staff.
Fill in for absent direct care staff; may assist with personal care, medication administration and transportation.
Promote person-centered services and represent ABC at team meetings.
Ensure programming meets DHS 245D, CARF, DEED requirements and ABC best practices.
