Job summary

Accessible Space is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator for our location in Coon Rapids. The role involves assisting the Program Manager with resident care plans, ensuring schedule changes, and providing quality personal care services.

The successful candidate will have a two-year degree in a social services area and at least two years of experience working with adults with disabilities. We offer competitive pay starting at $23.00 per hour, along with paid time off and training opportunities.

Job description

Program Coordinator responsibilities:

• Assist the Program Manager in ensuring that the tasks on resident care plans are completed
• Assist with schedule changes
• Ensure completed documentation
• Provide quality personal care services and health-related services

Program Coordinator Qualifications:

• A two-year-degree in a social services area of study or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• Minimum of two years of experience working with adults with physical disabilities and/or traumatic brain injuries in a rehabilitation or transitional long-term-care setting
• Ability to model excellent work behaviors and team-oriented problem solving
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities
• Ability to accompany and/or transport residents within the community
