Qualifications

• High School diploma, plus 2 years of related experience. Associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Public Service License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• CPR and First Aid, PMT Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Internet)

Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum instruction to Discover students as needed.
• Support and monitor systems for Discover students as designed by the larger team.
• Evaluate a situation and independently set goals and action steps for day-to-day instruction.
• Evaluate a student/member’s progress and provide training interventions.
• Provide strategy development and consultation for program staff in various settings.
• Oversee and monitor medication systems within the dormitory setting.
• Maintain all records and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement program curriculum across functional skill areas to support independence.
