Vista Life Innovations seeks a Program Coordinator for the Discover Program in Westbrook, CT to implement and assess curriculum and systems that support independence in daily living, community integration, and functional life skills. The role oversees program operations, instructional delivery, progress evaluation, and ensures consistent, individualized strategies across the Discover Program.

The position requires a High School diploma with 2 years of related experience, a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• High School diploma plus 2 years of related experience.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Public Service License or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• CPR and First Aid, PMT Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• MS Office proficiency including Outlook and internet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum instruction to Discover students as needed.
• Support and monitor systems for Discover students as designed by the team.
• Evaluate situations and set goals with action steps for day-to-day instruction.
• Assess student progress and provide training interventions.
• Provide strategy development and consultation for program staff.
• Oversee and monitor medication systems within the dormitory setting.
• Maintain records and documentation with accuracy and clarity.
• Implement program curriculum across life skills and community integration.
