Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Program Coordinator in Cape Girardeau, MO to oversee and coordinate operations within designated service areas, ensuring high quality of care. You will lead development and implementation of ISPs, supervise staff, and maintain thorough documentation to support wellness and community participation.

Responsibilities include quarterly reviews, budget management, medical coordination, and daily record audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in Developmental Disabilities preferred or substitutable year-for-year for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop the Individual Support Plan (ISP) with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Supervise and evaluate team members and ensure alignment with the plan.
• Conduct quarterly reviews and maintain accurate documentation.
• Visit ISL regularly to monitor status and ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain client profiles, budgets, and ISL variance reports.
• Collaborate with staff and residential nurse to address medical needs.
