Job summary

University Hospital in Newark, NJ is seeking a Program Support Coordinator to advance Centering Programs by coordinating activities, managing data, reporting outcomes, and building partnerships with community organizations. Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and solve problems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
• Experience with Centering Pregnancy and/or Centering Parenting programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with stakeholders to develop community health interventions based on identified needs.
• Assists in planning, development, and execution of Centering Programs.
• Collaborates with healthcare providers, community partners, and other stakeholders to enhance program delivery.
• Supports evaluation and continuous improvement of population health initiatives through regular assessments and feedback.
• Organizes and oversees Centering Program events, workshops, and educational sessions.
• Assists with implementation and administration of Centering programs.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
• Under management guidance, assists with training and support of healthcare providers and facilitators.
• Monitors program outcomes and prepares reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assists with survey and accreditation activities in collaboration with practice staff and clinicians.
