Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with stakeholders to develop community health interventions based on identified needs.
  • Assists in planning, development, and execution of Centering Programs.
  • Collaborates with healthcare providers, community partners, and other stakeholders to enhance program delivery.
  • Supports evaluation and continuous improvement of population health initiatives through regular assessments and feedback.
  • Organizes and oversees Centering Program events, workshops, and educational sessions.
  • Assists with implementation and administration of Centering programs.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
  • Under management guidance, assists with training and support of healthcare providers and facilitators.
  • Monitors program outcomes and prepares reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assists with survey and accreditation activities in collaboration with practice staff and clinicians.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or a related field required.
  • CHES (Certified Health Education Specialist) certification preferred.
  • Master Degree in Public Administration, Health, or Business preferred.
  • Experience with Centering Pregnancy and/or Centering Parenting programs preferred. Requires four (4) years of progressively more responsible professional experience, preferably in a health care environment, which includes experience in project coordination and assisting with the administration of specific programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, along with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and problem solve.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of community health principles and practices.
  • Additional related experience may be substituted for the degree on a year for year basis

Compensation

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is PS/22S: $ 74,989.00 - $ 90,407.00 - $ 107,705.00. University Hospital considers multiple factors when determining compensation, including (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's relevant work experience, education and training, key skills, internal equity, market data, and organizational needs. The expected salary range for this position is in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
