Job summary

OUR Center is seeking a part-time coordinator to implement and develop the Circle of Parents model for families across diverse backgrounds. You will collaborate with group facilitators, providers, and the Illuminate Colorado State office to ensure fidelity to the evidence-based program.

Responsibilities include encouraging the development of parent leadership, recruiting and co-facilitating the group until leaders are self-reliant, and supporting the Parent Support Network to build a strong

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license & insurance.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and other software programs.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Commitment to OUR mission and maintaining confidentiality.

Hours of Job: 20 - 25 hours per week (Part-Time position)

Reports To: Family Development Services Manager

Rate of Pay: $25.00-27.00/hr. Non-Exempt

OUR Center works closely with many other agencies in the community to assist those in need, especially those in emergency situations. Position Summary:

This position is responsible for implementing and developing the Circle of Parents model of support. This position will coordinate with the group facilitators, collaborating providers, and the Illuminate Colorado State office to ensure appropriate support of group intervention for parents across a diverse population and fidelity to establish an evidence-based model. This position will be responsible for encouraging the development of parents' leadership skills and working with the Parent Support Network (PSN) to develop parent leaders, advertising, recruiting, and co-facilitating the group until the parent leader can demonstrate self-reliance.
