• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of one year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers, coordinates, and participates in program activities including budgeting, scheduling, training, and evaluation.
• Develops and implements standards for achieving program goals.
• Maintains frequent interaction with departments, groups, and external agencies.
• Facilitates development of new partnerships for various programs.
• Evaluates and reports on program results, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Recommends policy and procedure improvements for program activities.
• Coordinates staff training and development and assesses effectiveness.
• Prioritizes work to ensure critical tasks are completed first.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
