Job summary

The Senior Program Coordinator at UT San Antonio’s College of AI, Cyber and Computing (CAICC) supports the USAA Student Success Center by coordinating programs, scholar engagement and communications, and grant deliverables. You will work with internal departments and external partners to drive program success and reporting.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, developing partnerships, and evaluating outcomes to improve student success initiatives on campus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
1 year of related work experience.
Ability to maintain security/integrity per Texas EO-GA-48.

Responsibilities

Administers, coordinates, and participates in activities involved in assigned programs or projects, including budgeting, scheduling, marketing, training, and evaluating programs.
Develops and implements standards for the attainment of program goals and objectives.
Maintains frequent interaction with departments, special groups, and external agencies in administering programs.
Facilitates the development of new partnerships for various programs.
Evaluates and reports on program results, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Recommends new policies and procedures for improvement of program activities.
Coordinates staff training and development and assesses the effectiveness of the program through feedback and performance results.
Determines work priorities to ensure that the most important and urgent tasks are completed first, leading to increased productivity and efficiency.
Performs other duties as assigned.
