Job summary

Balance Autism is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Adult Community Services program in Altoona, Iowa. This full-time exempt role coordinates services, chairs interdisciplinary team meetings, develops programs, monitors progress, and trains staff to ensure individualized supports.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent experience, valid driver's license, and ability to pass background checks; starting base pay is $50,000 per year with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with one year's related experience in Human Services; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Ability to complete background check and serve on-call for caseload coverage.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of services and program plans.
• Chair interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Develops and monitors program progress.
• Trains staff on individualized programs.
• Collaborates with ACS Directors and Managers to ensure programs are implemented and documented.
• Reviews and updates program plans based on data.
